WORLD FITNESS CHAMPIONS TITLE RECORD 17 hours, 12 minutes & 33 seconds, Paddy Doyle completed the following physical fitness challenges.

. 505 hanging leg lifts
. 300, 000 lb weightlifting, various lifts.
The previous time was 18 hours, 15 minutes and 2
seconds, held by Rob Powell.
This now brings Paddy Doyle's total of fitness endurance
boxing martial arts records to 135
Netherland Smashes Guinness World Record
On Sunday January 15,
2006 NXB Team leader and 3-time Guinness World Champion breaker Dan Netherland
smashed the Guinness World Record for the “Most Concrete Blocks
Broken in a Single Strike”. This mountain of solid concrete stood an
amazing 8ft in height and weighted over 2,000lbs. Netherland powered through 20
(3.5 in thick) solid concrete blocks smashing the old World Record of 11 blocks.
Netherland a 10th degree black belt and breaking World champion will
perform with his NXB breaking team later this year at the US Martial Arts Hall
of Fame in St Louis as well as Disney World in Orlando, FL.
WRF Special Thanks: WRF would like to extend a special thanks to the Como Park Conservatory & Japanese Gardens in St Paul Minnesota. The NXB team as well as two members of the WRF staff were invited to participate in a private traditional Japanese Tea ceremony. Later the NXB team took photos and autographed a 50 year anniversary Guinness Book of World Record for their generous hosts. The experience was unforgettable. He smashed his old Guinness World record of 777.06lbs Dan Netherland broke 15 red bricks in a single strike. Breaking the old record of 13. The team also demonstrated card ripping, phone book tearing and driving a nil through a frying pan by hand. Chad Netherland ripped 10 decks of cards in 48 seconds followed by rolling a 12 inch Teflon frying pan. Cameron Netherland drove a nail through a frying pan.
